Cummins Technical Project Leader Opportunities
This is an exciting opportunity in the UK for a Technical Project Leader. Cummins is where you can work on exciting projects such as working at the forefront of green engine automotive technology. You will be integral to this leading a team who are developing battery systems for Purely Electric and Hybrid commercial automotive applications.

Being responsible for the design and validation of a new platform of battery systems supporting a number of markets in accordance with the technical requirements of a NPI
Leading an internal team and leveraging external specialist resource as required, managing people and budgets to deliver a value package that meets agreed targets and requirements
Influencing leadership decisions within your business area
Cummins Technical Project Leader Qualities :
Skills andExperience Required
Previous experience on an energy storage (battery) development program.
Preferably worked on hybrid and electric vehicles previously
High voltage batteries Design and Failure Mode Prevention (DFMEA) experience.
Understands product integration, verification & validation
Experience of leading a small team – daily management, team development, conflict management etc.
Project Management experience
PhD, Masters of Science, Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in engineering required.
Compensation and Benefits
In return we can offer
Salary between £45,280 – £62,260
with 8% annual bonus
BUPA Manager scheme for family,
Ideally this role will be based in Peterborough but possibility of splitting your week with either Huddersfield or Darlington
